One lesson repeated 100,000,000 times

This past year, my consulting practice achieved a rare milestone: My clients’ earnings topped $100,000,000.

This number doesn’t represent a lifetime’s work. I opened my doors in 2013 — a very short five years ago.

The journey from zero to $100 Million in client results is never a short trip. But you can shave decades off the timeline through the right approach.

I think there’s just one principle that matters.

It’s a principle that you probably ‘know’ already.

But there’s a vast difference between knowing what needs to be done, and having the skill, mindset, and expertise to get it done.

This is obvious.

What’s not obvious:

How to figure out what your market wants, needs, and will pay for.

And how to give it to them in a way that keeps them coming back for more.

Yes, there’s an entire data-driven discipline around these two questions, and very few people achieve results without either developing or hiring deep expertise.

But it’s amazing how far you can get just by scheduling your entire day, week, and year around tasks designed only to give your customers what they want.
